In RNSinox we are specialists in TIG, MIG welding. For this we have in our template with welders approved, highly qualified and with proven experience for all types of welds in various materials.
We offer:
TIG welding: TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas) it is a type of arc welding with gaseous protection, which uses the intense heat of an electric arc generated between a non-consumptive tungsten electrode and the piece to be welded, where it may or may not be used to supply of metal and serves for metals of fine thickness. The great advantage of this welding method is that we obtain as a result a strong, corrosion resistant, ductile welding that allows itself to be automated and less sensitive to corrosion than in the rest of the procedures. As a result we obtain clean and uniform welds, of high quality in all positions, without distortion. Welding applied on stainless steels and nickel alloys.
MIG welding:MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas) is an arc welding in which the electrode, usually a copper wires rolled into a coil is consumed as the operation progresses. This is carried out in an inert gas atmosphere (carbon dioxide, argon or a mixture of these gases) to avoid oxidations and formation of the so called “welding pearls”, achieving with it a better finish. MIG welding is done by protective metal gas, it generates a higher productivity and allows to weld the part in any position.
This procedure is widely used in small and medium thicknesses in steel structures and aluminium alloys. The main benefits of these procedures are the high productivity and the excellent quality we offer in each project.
