At RNSinox we are specialists in TIG welding and MIG welding. We have approved welders on our staff, highly qualified and with proven experience for all types of welding on various materials.
TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas) is a type of arc welding with gas protection that uses the intense heat of an electric arc generated between a non-consumable tungsten electrode and the piece to be welded, where filler metal may or may not be used, and serves to thin thickness metals. The great advantage of this welding method is that we obtain as a result a strong, corrosion resistant, ductile welding that allows itself to be automated and less sensitive to corrosion than in the rest of the procedures. As a result we obtain clean and uniform welds, of high quality in all positions, without distortion. Welding applicable to stainless steels and nickel alloys.
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding is an arc welding in which the electrode, generally a copper wire wound on a coil, is consumed as the operation progresses. This is carried out in an inert gas atmosphere (carbon dioxide, argon or a mixture of these gases) to avoid oxidations and formation of the so called “welding pearls”, achieving with it a better finish. MIG welding uses metal protective gas, means greater productivity and allows the piece to be welded in any position.
This procedure is widely used in small and medium thicknesses, in steel structures and aluminum alloys. The main benefits of these procedures are the high productivity and the excellent quality we offer in each project.
If you are a metal product manufacturer and need welding for your metal parts, at RNSinox we also offer TIG and MIG welding, laser welding and resistance welding services.
